Blasted phone didn't save the pictures
I pushed as hard as I could, and kept the pace way up, but just couldn't break 500 KCal. Rats! Maybe if I up the slope of the device. The "Weight Loss" program does:
- 4 minutes easy - I set to slope 6, resistance 7
- 4 minutes hard - I set to slope 10, resistance 12
- 4 minutes easy
- 4 minutes hard
- 4 minutes easy
- 4 minutes hard
- 4 minutes easy
- 5 minutes cooldown - slope 6, resistance slowly decreasing from 6 to 4.
Maybe if I up the slope to 7 for easy and 11 for hard, I can break 500 again. I've done it 3 times in the last 4 months. I don't remember what setting I used on those occasions.
