2/5/2024 - Workout: 467 KCal - Should I be concerned?
Elliptical trainer: 33 minutes "Weight loss" program
NOTE: My FitBit recorded a 1:58 segment with my heart rate over 190BPM, the peak at 199. This is an anomalous blip in the chart. I did feel a minor flutter, but it only lasted a brief moment, and didn't leave me winded or tingly or feeling out of sorts in any way. I do sometimes have a type of benign flutter called a PVC (Premature Ventricular Contraction, not the plumbing pipe material). This hasn't happened on other workouts. Should I be concerned?
