- TRX Row (sort of a diagonal pull-up while hanging at an angle from a TRX, hinging on the heels) 10 times x 4 reps
- Plank Row - perform a plank, lift one arm at a time while holding a 5lb weight 4/side x 4 reps
- Roll out lats on the foam roller 4 reps
