1/29/2019 - 230.6 - and some light on the Front Range

Finally going back in the right direction. To be honest, there were a couple of days where I did not take pictures of the scale, because it'd worked its way back up to 235.1. Trips to Mountain View seem to clobber my diet attempts. Finally shrinking again.

1/26/2019 - 233.6 - just back from several days in Mountain View - and a field of geese

Blasted phone didn't save the pictures

I pushed as hard as I could, and kept the pace way up, but just couldn't break 500 KCal. Rats! Maybe if I up the slope of the device. The "Weight Loss" program does:
  • 4 minutes easy - I set to slope 6, resistance 7
  • 4 minutes hard - I set to slope 10, resistance 12
  • 4 minutes easy
  • 4 minutes hard
  • 4 minutes easy
  • 4 minutes hard
  • 4 minutes easy
  • 5 minutes cooldown - slope 6, resistance slowly decreasing from 6 to 4.
Maybe if I up the slope to 7 for easy and 11 for hard, I can break 500 again. I've done it 3 times in the last 4 months. I don't remember what setting I used on those occasions.
