  • Distance: 6.2 miles (actully 6.4-ish, because I forgot to start the FitBit until we'd walked a good quarter mile)

  • Steps: 14,264
  • Calories (alleged): 1,300
It was 32° F when we started and 22° F when we got home!

 Elliptical trainer: 33 minutes - New machine - Precor Adaptive Stride Trainer

New machine: Precor Adaptive Stride Trainer. This machine has the front-rear and horizontal movements independent, and it takes some muscle control to create a comfortable stride. This will take some getting used to.
