552 KCal on the elliptical is a new PR. However, I think I actually worked harder the previous day when I hit 522 on the older machine. The new and old machines seem to generate this number differently, and I will now start tracking which machine I use.

Our coach was hired away by a private resort on the island of Lanai, Hawaii. Now why would she want to leave us in Boulder to go run the fitness program there? She must be smart. She left us with video instructions to follow until our new coach starts.

- TRX Row (sort of a diagonal pull-up while hanging at an angle from a TRX, hinging on the heels) 10 times x 4 reps
- Plank Row - perform a plank, lift one arm at a time while holding a 5lb weight 4/side x 4 reps
- Roll out lats on the foam roller 4 reps
