- 1 banana (very ripe)
- 1 apple (pink lady, cored, but skin washed and still on)
- 2 large leaves kale
- 1 large leaf rainbow chard
- 1-1/2 lb frozen "tropical fruit blend" (mango, pineapple, papaya, coconut)
- 1/2 inch slice of ginger root
- 10 raw almonds
- 1/3 cup whey protein powder
- 1/8 cup oat bran
- 1/8 cup flax seeds
- 1/8 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- 1-1/2 Tbsp splenda
- 1 Tbsp psyllium husk
- 2 Tbsp collagen peptides
