Starting the journey.
Since our wedding, I have gained about 2 pounds per year. My beautiful wife, not as much. We are about to celebrate 30 years, and I need to lose 60 pounds.
We purchased the Nutrisystem plan. The "Uniquely Yours" plan where they customize a meal plan based on age, weight, gender, and weight loss goals. They deliver all the food to you by mail.
We chose Nutrisystem because I have an extreme nut allergy, and they are able to accommodate that in our food order.
The first week comes in a box called "Turbo Takeoff."
It starts today.
